PINEAPPLE AND IT'S HEALTH BENEFITS
Pineapple are trophical fruits,they are member of the bromeliads family (they are the only bromeliads family that produce edible fruits). They are rich in vitamins, enzymes, antioxidants. They also help boost the immune system, aid digestion and build strong bone. They are also low in calories,contains high amount of vitamin C, maganese, thiamine and B vitamin. They are good way of getting important dietery fibers and bromelian.
A cup of pineapple chunk contains 74 calories ( according to the USDA National nutrients database). Low in cholesterol, contains sugar with about 14 grams per cup, fat free, low in sodium.
